Pongmasters Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using the Pongmasters app ("App"), provided by to be completed, address: to be completed, contact: to be completed ("Provider").

Definitions:

  • User — a natural person using the App via an account.
  • Account — a User's individual profile in the App.
  • Service — the App's features: arranging and playing table tennis matches, keeping scores, statistics, communication between Users.

The App is provided in a closed beta phase. This means it is under development, its features may change, and availability and continuity of operation are not guaranteed. In this phase the Service is provided free of charge.

  • Using the App requires creating an Account and accepting these terms and the privacy policy.
  • Beta access may require approval (after registration, an account may await activation).
  • The data you provide should be true and up to date. The Account is personal — do not share your login details with others.
  • The Provider may suspend or block an Account in the event of a breach of these terms, applicable law, or a security threat.

The User undertakes to use the App in accordance with the law and good practice. In particular, it is prohibited to:

  • take actions that infringe the rights of others or of the Provider,
  • publish unlawful, offensive or misleading content,
  • disrupt the App's operation, attempt unauthorised access, spam or abuse,
  • impersonate other people.

The App is provided "as is", in a beta phase. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for interruptions, data loss or damage arising from use of the App in this phase. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law (including towards consumers).

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy, available in the App.

We may change these terms, in particular in connection with the development of the App. We will inform you of material changes in the App or by email. Continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.

Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law and the applicable provisions of European Union law. These terms are effective from to be completed.
